Online catalog is from 2012, no prices listed in catalog and many of the products advertised in the catalog are no longer available.
Dear ***, Thank you for your comments. We do appreciate your interest in our products. The catalog that you are referring to is a .pdf version of our 2012 catalog. This was the last printed catalog that we produced and we do not have any more printed copies. We have made this downloadable file available for those who wish to print the pages for themselves. The catalog pages did not have prices listed with each item. Prices were provided as a separate pull-out section in the center of the catalog. As you pointed out, prices have changed so we have not included the old price insert with the downloadable file. Our website at GlassCrafters.com is our current catalog. Current products and prices are shown. These product listings and prices are updated regularly. We also display promotions and special deals in the banners on the homepage of the website. Many sale prices and quantity discounts are also included on the individual product pages. I having been shopping mail order from here since the late 90's. They have always been right on time with delivery and the products are top quality.
this business used one of my patterns on my own website and offered it free on their website. That seems unethical to me. Here is their URL ***, and here is my original pattern URL.
I contacted Revdex.com about this individual because my pattern was posted on his website without credit. What apparently happened is that because the image was published in Score magazine as a freebie, he felt it was OK for him to reppublish it on his own website, but NOT to acknowledge that as the artwork of another individual. I appreciate the fact that he has credited the original author of the pattern.

The company will not honor a gift certificate that was purchased for me. The gift certificate does not expire.
I called Glass Crafters in Sarasota, FL today (1/4/2018) to use my $50 gift certificate #***. I told him I tried to use the certificate on-line but the website said it was invalid. Gary looked the number up in his system and said they could not honor the gift certificate. I was told the company changed owners. #1 the name and location of the company did not change. #2 my website sign on and account information did not change. #3 when you purchase a company you purchase the assets and liabilities. As far as I am concerned this is theft! My husband purchased this gift certificate for me in good faith that the company would honor it. Yes, it was purchased on 6/27/13 Order #***, Salesperson 2,paid by Visa credit card, charged to my husband ***. According to FL Chapter 501 Section 95- 2012 Florida Statutes there is no expiration date. There is no expiration date written on the gift certificate. We had moved and I thought the certificate was lost. I just found the box it was packed away in and tried to use it today.
I would like the $50 refunded because I can't do business with a company that is ok with stealing from it's customers.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts with us. I understand your desire to get some value for this $50 gift certificate. The simple truth, however, is that we do not have your money.
On April 1, 2015, we closed on an "Agreement for Sale of Certain Assets". Our attorney was very careful to craft this agreement so that we would only purchase the inventory, the furnishings and the good will from the sellers. It is the good will component that allows us to continue to do business as Glass Crafters. I am not surprised that you initially believed that we were the same company as we have continued to occupy the same building, to use the same name, the same logo, the same telephone number and the same website, etc.
Now that I have explained that we are not the same company and that we did not purchase the previous corporation's liabilities, you might understand that this gift certificate is not good with us. The sellers did not leave us with a sum of money for unused gift certificates to draw upon. Perhaps they should have contacted customers like yourselves with unused gift certificates and informed you that they were closing so that you could have used or returned your gift certificates for a refund. I don't believe that they did that, but I have been told that a dissolved corporation can continue conduct business on outstanding issues. You may find recourse in submitting your claim to the principals of that corporation.
