Don't give your hard earned money to this guy! At first he appeared to provide good customer service, but that evaporated as soon as he cashed our 50% deposit. We were told the project would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks... it took 7 weeks. At no time did he call to update us on setbacks. Apparently the hardware that we wanted was a special order that I didn't find out until after 2 weeks went by and I called to make sure we were still on schedule. Bill said that our order was due into his shop on 2/11. I contacted him on 2/11 and found out that our order was just being shipped from the manufacturer in Kentucky that day and wouldn't be delivered until 2/14. Bill told me he would check our when it arrived to make sure it was good for installation the following Monday. Obviously this was not done because one of the panels was about 6 inches too big. At no point did Bill call with an explanation or apology. Nine days later we finally got our shower enclosure. My husband had to take additional vacation time for the second install day. We asked Bill to be compensated for this additional time and he offered us a $35 discount. Completely insulting! The only time he has bothered to call since he's cashed our deposit was two days after the insulation so he could collect the balance of his money. I told him I would put a check in the mail the following week and he was upset about that. The nerve! Do not do business with Glass Doctor of Delaware!

On 3-02-I cleaned the ice off my f-and let the defrost do it's job and got my year old daughter comfy in her car seat I noticed my windshield had a crack in itI was upset I dropped off my daughter at day care and came home and im new to Delaware so I went on line and found windshield replacement company's in Delaware I was surprised with the first two companies I called They had the same price, I called Glass Doctors out of Newark last and spoke to a calmly spoken gentlemen Josh and he was cheaper than the other calls, And get this he will install it at my location wow the next day it's installed and im happyThe service technition was professional and cleaned up after himself I am so happy with Glass Doctors and will recommend them to everyone

World Finance has given me a second chance after I filed bankruptcy on them a few years ago. Plus when I am behind they are willing to work with me to help me.
