On December 19th, our manager contacted the potential customer to reach an acceptable resolutionAfter speaking with the potential customer for a short while, we made an offer which included a discount for his inconvenience and an error by the technician if he wanted to work with our company
He stated that he is already in the process of receiving a couple of other quotes and is no longer interested in working with our companyThe offer that was made by our manager still stands should he choose to acceptWe received his credit card information but discovered the error before we ran his card. He was never charged him and we apologized for our misquoteWe will give him a 15% discount if he select us in the futureMy deepest regrets for our error.
