Review: Back in may I called glass doctor(monroville office). First time no answer, second day a guy answers says jen will call me back, 3 days later no ones called so I call them back for the 3rd time. I talked to jen told her I have a broken down stairs window and two cracked upstairs windows I gave sizes marked on house windows she quoted me $600 I told her I have to get landloards approvle they'll hear from me.Fallowing week landlord approves I call tell jen he oked and we want work done she says they have to come to the house to do quote they can't give quote over phone(although she already did)said itll be $35 unless I have them do work then its between 200-300 a window,I tell her I was quoted by her $600 the week before she said that's usually about the price.I ok them to come out saying as long as it's going to be around $600 that's OK the landloard wants them to do the work. Week later guy shows up hour late he quotes me $702 if I sign up for there club(i ok and sign since other place quoted me 750 and still thinking they do work that day).He takes my half payment takes measurments and askes when I'd like it done.I tell him I was told if they do work now I dont get charged $35 fee he says they dont do work right away it has to be ordered but should be in by friday(this was 5-19-15).They can probably do the work early the next week.A week later still no call (I let it go longer thinking he forgot Monday was memorial day). When I called I tild jen its be more than a week I wanted to know were my windows were,jen told me the order had just been placed 4 days earlier and could take 2 weeks, they guy that came out was wrong and she's told him before to not tell people a couple days. After waiting another week(maybe longer not positve) I called back again Jen then says windows are in and we schedule to have installed fallowing week.This guy(a different one and on time) shows up measures windows fixes one window but says other two(upstairs)were measured wrong(according to measurements on window sticker there all the same size) he has to reorder and it'll take another 2-3 weeks for the right size to come in.Now months later I still have 2 broken windows and have heard nothing from the company. Multiple phone calls have been made messages were left and 2 emails were sent to corporate still. Finally Oct 1st I get call at 9am from them(i missed the call due to taking my daughter into school). I call back 10 min later no answer hubby called about half hour later and left message still no answer or call back.We have since tryed calling them,still no answer no returned calls or returned emails.Desired Settlement: I want my two remaining windows fixed! I do not feel I should be made to pay remaining balance!!! It's been almost a year to fix 3 windows.
