Review: Called Glass Doctor of Winchester for a pane condensation in one window. Agreed to the cost and waited for replacement. On the day of the installation, called the Glass Dr. office to tell them that I cannot meet them exactly at 1PM but painters are there and they will have access to the window. Ran out from work at 1:30 but technician was already gone. The first thing that I noticed was that the blinds were drooping on the left side. Closer examination showed the line that open/close the blinds was severed. Ive then noticed a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the window. I've also noticed that spring mechanism was broken off on the side rail and the rail itself was damaged. I've called to complain but was told that they did not touch the blinds and was not their problem and they will come back and take a look at the window. Ive also sent [redacted] (told operating manager) pictures that I just took. The technicians came back out that said that window is old and spring is loose and will come back to fix. When I called back for an appt. was told nothing they can do and not their problem. However I now have gap and I cannot close the window (even noticeable from outside), and a broken blinds.Desired Settlement: All I want is to have them come back and fix the window so I can close them. Even told the manger that I will take care of the blinds.Later spoke to painters and they mentioned lound thump and they even came upstairs and talk to technican to see if everything was OK so there were lot of physical jolting. Aalso, the blinds line giving was not due to tension claimed by [redacted](manager). The line itself in in tact, the plastic mechanism was broken off due to sudden impact.

**. [redacted],
In response to the customer's statements of the desired outcome, please note as follows:
We made another visit to **. [redacted]'s residence where two technicians addressed his window closing issue. Upon closer inspection one of the technicians showed **. [redacted] that this particular window had a portion of the framework missing (I believe it was at the top) therefore it will look differently when the sashes are closed in relation to the other windows. In order to fix this window it will need to be replaced which is not covered within the scope of the work that **. [redacted] hired us to do. We were hired to correct a condensation issue with one of his sashes and we did complete that task.
[redacted]-Glass Doctor,
Thank you.
