Seamless glass installed on 11/16, water leak reported on Friday 11/23 repair to water leak made on 11/26. I noticed small chip in the accyrilc of the shower stall that night I called and emailed the glass Fabrication first thing in the morning.
They advised that their tech says the was no chip. I provided pics before the work was completed and after and clearly their was no chip before the work was completed.
I want the chip repaired and no charge ASAP.

Glass Fabrication removed Mr. existing framed shower and installed a new frameless shower at his residential location. A before and after picture were taken as per procedure. Before installation took place ***, the technician on site, noted to Mr. that his fiberglass tub is in poor condition and informed Mr. that Glass Fabrication also does reglazing if he would be interested in an estimate. Mr. acknowledged the poor condition his tub is in, however he declined the offer for an estimate.

Mr. called Glass Fabrication concerning a water leak in a section of the shower. Glass Fabrication set an appointment with Mr. for 11/26/18 to address the issue of the shower leak.

Glass Fabrication went out to Mr. residential location to repair the leak by adding additional silicone around the perimeter of the shower. A before and after picture were taken as per procedure.

Mr. sent an e-mail to Glass Fabrication stating, "Please let me know when you can come out to repair. I just noticed a chip in the shower after removing old frame and installing seamless glass."
Glass Fabrication responded via email, "Please note, we reviewed our techs notes/photos and the chip does not appear on any of the photos attached below. On yesterday's visit we did not remove any hardware, all we did was silicone."
Mr. replied via email, "The picture it's not close enough when you present it looks like a little balck mark I went to clean it and it was actually a chip that got bigger as I try to clean it please call me to discuss"
***, one of Glass Fabrications sales representatives, did a follow up call with Mr. to discuss the issue he was having. Mr. reiterated to *** that he, "noticed a little black mark on the tub, tried to scrub it off, and in so doing created a large black chip."
After speaking to the technician that was on site and upon inspection the before and after pictures, *** stated to Mr. that the after pictures do not show a chip. *** expressed to Mr. that while the damage was not done by Glass Fabrication, as indicated in the before and after pictures, Glass Fabrication would gladly repair the chip for him for $50.00 to cover the gas and material only.

Mr. declined the offer made on 11/27/2018 and asked *** to repair the chip at no cost to Mr. and at the expense of Glass Fabrication. *** informed ***, the owner of Glass Fabrication, of the situation regarding Mr. for the owner to handle it accordingly from that point on.
*** called Mr. to discuss the issue try to reach a solution. *** was the technician on site for the installation on 11/16/2018 and reminded him of the conversation they had regarding the state of his tub before any work was performed on his shower. After both parties agreed that it was not at the fault of Glass Fabrication, the owner agreed to resend an estimate for the repairs at no cost to Mr. pending his signature releasing liability from Glass Fabrication and agreeing to the terms of the repair.
Following the conversation with Mr. and *** estimate #*** was sent out for repairs at no cost with the stipulation that, "We will go ahead and set up the repair. We did not cause the damage. We have before and after pictures shower the damage was not there at the time of completion. We are only covering the chip in the picture that you sent us. It will be a onetime visit. It is not going to be a 100% match and we have no control over that. Please sign off on this proposal that you are in agree with our terms. Thank you".
This estimate was signed and approved via e-mail within the timeframe it was sent out. Following the signed proposal, an appointment date for the repair was made with Glass Fabrication and Mr. for the following Friday.

Glass Fabrication received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint from Mr..
