This customer called my establishment and spent minutes trying to order pizza and pastaMany times the customer would change their mind, adding items and taking items offI took the phone call from my employee to try and resolve the situation quicklyThe customer wanted a topping pizza for
the price of a topping pizzaThey ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza that comes with cheese BUT wanted extra cheese and didn't understand that extra cheese is an additional toppingAfter trying to explain this to him several times I became frustrated and told them they would have to take their business elsewhere since I could not get them to understand how pricing worksThe customer proceeded to call our establishment over and over for a total of times telling me that I was a racist?! I have never met these people so I am not sure how that makes me a racist! When they would not stop calling the store (blocking the call so we wouldn't know that it was them) I decided to call the Menomonie Police Department and talk to Officer Boyle about the harassing phone callsOfficer Boyle contacted them and when he tried to explain the complaint, they hung up the phone on him! Not only have they sent in a complaint to you, they have reported us to OSHA stating that we had an unsafe work environmentIt is hilarious to me that they have stated this since they have NEVER been in my restaurant! I am sorry if they feel that they didn't get good customer service and we strive to give the best service possible BUT when a customer is rude, argumentative and accusing me of things, it is very difficult to deal with someone like thatI chose to refuse service to this customer and told them to have a nice day before I hung up the phoneI would really like to know my rights as a small business owner of years when some sends in a complaint to a federal agency and it is a complete lie?! How am I protected form defamation of character? Who can I contact to make sure they do not do this again to me or any other hard working business owner?
