We're talking about a freshman in college who has never taken a cab ride by herself everHer first thought was that was her cab that I orderedI found out the other cab was there but my daughter didn't see himWhen she approached the City cab, another girl approached tooShe was confusedThe cab driver asked her where she was going and she told him Millikin, he responded, oh we're going there too, I can take youThere was no negotiating of fare, and never once was it said to her that she can call another cab or pay full fareThat is a lieMy daughter just thought, good, we can save money by sharingThen he charged her the full fareI did not purposely not call a cab to avoid paying full fareI have never heard of a cab company charging two people the same price when sharing a cab even if the other person didn't order a cab in the first place, in which I did from Signature cab
I did talk to the owner because I was upset and he agreed to refund my $I have yet to see that refundI still want my refund
