Glass Kitchen Restaurant

Review: On 8-9-14 sat. I visited the glass kitchen around 2 pm I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. my meal cost almost $11.00 The fries were cold and undone I asked for crunchy fries. Also the chicken wasn't done as well. It was not cooked to order. I paid for my meal then waited to call them on Monday. I called on Monday, a lady answered then told what was she suppose to do. She was kinda rude. I then asked who was the owner. she wouldn't tell me. I then call them back a few hr's later talked to a guy, who said he would give me 5% of my next meal. And the owner would be in all day Tuesday. I called the next day talk to [redacted] the owner. He told me he knew nothing about it. I told him 5% is not what I wanted. He then told me to come up and try to get it from him. I asked was that a threat. He then said he doesn't want me as a customer. I've visited this place at leased 12 times in the past. I would never go back. I do thing the owe me $11.00 Thank you! [redacted]Desired Settlement: I think they should send my refund to my po box
