Absolutely horrible customer service and incompetent front desk staffI went to get a small piece of glass cut todayFinally after being ther for over minutes and no one even acknowledging my existence, finally someone helped me(There were plenty of people who could have greeted me.) It was $The person entering the amount into the credit card machine typed in $insteadWhen I pointed out the mistake, she issued a refund rather than void or post void the transactionIssuing a refund creates and even lengthier delay in issuing the funds back into my bank accountShe ran my card again without my authority for the original $When I told her I don't want to do business with her company, she issued a refund instead of voiding the transactionShe said she didn't know how to void a transactionThere were other people behind the desk and all ignored any attempts of mine to help correct the situationI contacted the company with my issues and the CFO/COO made no attempts to help correct or apologize for the situationI was trying to support a local company and instead the treat local residents like garbageI will never do business with this company again and hope others will think twice before doing so

Kane company came over install a filter in my shower nozzle and then probably put it on you to work I did not communicate with me of the cost price of the job before he put the part on left for an hour came back work sign the truck for to minutes and overcharged me and didn't fix the issue
