Glass N Stuff

Glass n stuff is a joke. Don't get me wrong they have really nice glass and one of my favorite water pipes is made by Phil but the service their is the worst. We ordered two of the most simple pipes that could be made from there ( I mean it is basically a L on its side that's all.. which should take an hour to make or a day max.) more then two months ago and it is still not done as I'm writing this. I have came into the store so many times to see if it is done and I keep getting stupid excuses that I'm pretty sure are flat out lies like "our glass torches are down" or "I'm working on them now they will be done tomorrow" which of course they were not done the next day and he used that excuse more then once. Another one was "we just got back from barter fair and are still setting up the shop" that was true surprisingly! But then I asked him if they were done and he said I had them made but I sold them at barter fair.... first off these pipes were paid for when we ordered them and second what kind of good, respectable business owner sales something a customer has already bought? That's right no respectable business owner would. So either Dr. Phil lied to me or is a bad business man, either one is not good either way. Anyway after that I came back a week later only to keep getting excuses like we are painting or it will be done later so come back today or tomorrow. So of course I wasted my gas and my time to go see if they were done. I mean I could of called him but that would of done nothing but get me more excuses over the phone and waste my minutes. One day before Halloween I was told Phil was really busy and he would have them done after Halloween so come get them then, but again I was told by Phil that he was working on them now and they would be done later tonight. So today I went in on my way back from college and his employee was there and told me that Phil doesn't have them done yet. I am getting really sick of excuses and lies so I told the employee that this is getting really old and he should have them done by now. We paid for them already and Phil shouldn't of sold the first ones he made at barter fair. So Phil comes out and starts telling me how he gave me his number so I don't need to be coming down here every day and wasting my gas on the trip and then he also said I don't need to BE WASTING HIS TIME. I didn't know I was wasting his time by being a customer and paying money for his "professional work" even though he has not made the pipes yet. I mean what time am I wasting of his. Obviously he is not working on anything work related or he would have had them made by now. Phil needs to get his act together and start doing his job. It really upset me when he said I was wasting his time because that is his job and I have been waiting more then 2 months.
