Delivering top soil with no charge is positive aspectIf it was not that much ruts I would not mind itBut driving that big truck back and forth and the big shredder really damaged my yard

Review: Glass Nook is listed as the local dealer for "Think Glass" which manufatures thick glass countertops. I ordered the products from [redacted] at Glass Nook who requested an upfront 75% deposit ($12,900) which was paid on 10/21/2014, and promised delivery and installation within 8-12 weeks.

The order could not have been more mishandled, first by making the wrong templates, then not sending them to the company for weeks, and above all the worst customer services by not returning our calls and messages to get any information on the status of the order. Finally I was given an installation/delivery date of 5/28/2015. That's 7 months wait from the order date!

I had my local helper prepare for the product installation and I took the day off waiting, only to get a call from [redacted] a mere one hour before the delivery time that he will not be able to because he never received the shipment from the company. I immediately contacted the company headquarter in Quebec, and was told the shipment was held because they never received the deposit money from Glass Nook, and that the products are all finished but will not ship till they receive the funds.

I was told by [redacted] that he wired the money on Thursday 5/28/2015 after admitting that it was a mistake "screw up" by him or his bookkeeper, but until today I have no confirmation from him or from the company that this has been done, and I still do not have a firm delivery date.Desired Settlement: Deliver and install the product within 2 weeks, and get compensated for the outrageous delay and the time wasted and inconvenience by writing off the installation fees part of the order or offered a discount on the entire order. Otherwise I demand immediate refund of the deposit money.

Worst company ever. They took my deposit for a full window replacement job in mid August and the job wasn't finished until the beginning of November. They "lost" the measurements on 3 of my windows and had to come out to remeasure. Then, once the shipment FINALLY arrived, 2 of my windows weren't even ordered! At no time did anyone ever call me about scheduling time to install the windows or do any of the work. I had to hound these guys every week to get them to do anything! If you want mediocre products and horrible bordering criminal customer service, then go with this company.

Our windows, siding, countertops, solar tubes, mirrors, shower enclosure, and bath hardware are flawless, and customer service and installation can't be complimented enough.
