Glass Odyssey

Review: This woman said she would repair my glass cabinet doors. On May 3rd I sent photos of my cabinet. On May 12th at 2 pm, she came over and said she forgot her tools and used my kitchen knives to remove my cabinet doors complaining the whole time. It took her 3 hours. She mailed me an estimate for the cost. She did not put her last name on the estimate and only signed it "Kay" and told me her last name was "[redacted]". I called her 6/8 and asked if she had done the work. She said yes and I asked her how much it cost. She said it cost $270 which is double the estimate she had mailed. I asked her to send me an invoice. She refused. She said she'd bring it with her upon delivery of my doors. I asked her when she would deliver my doors. She said she'd deliver them 6/9. She did not. I called her and she said she'd deliver them 6/10. She did not. I called her and she said she'd deliver them 6/16. She did not. I had sent her a check for $270 and she has not delivered my doors to me that I paid her to repair the glass and to put back into my cabinet. On 6/27 she called and left a strange message saying only "I don't know what to do with your doors?"?? She is about to lose her home-based business and has tried another scheme to have her boyfriend put a mechanics lien on my home by his refusal to cash the check sent to him even though he didn't finish and did a poor job damaging my property etc. so she can steal my home!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and my doors returned to me in perfect condition. Otherwise I will file criminal theft charges and extortion charges.

My estimate of $135.00 was sent to her to settle a claim she made aainst a moving company. She did call to tell me that she received a check from them. I made every attempt to complete this job for her. She never approved design or returned any phone messages or emails sent to her. I don't go out of shop to do estimates on small repairs especiallyly one so far from my shop. she told me that she was too disabled to come to my shop I thought I would be nice and I went. I witnessed no apparent disability in meeting her. This woman should be able to show the estimate I mailed to her for the moving company. She should be able to show copy of the check that I supposedly cashed. I have two beautiful cabinet doors that I would appreciate her making arrangements with the Revdex.com for me to deliver to them so she can pick them up. Nothing else is this complaint is warranted of addressing except for her obsession of "my boyfriend". I do not have a boyfriend. [redacted]Proud Owner/Operator of Glass Odyssey
