Glass On Time

The owner of "Glass On Time", John [redacted], and his staff are the most RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever met! During a service call at my home to repair a window, he became angry and argumentative after discovering he would need to order an additional part. I was informed because he had to return, the service call would be $160.00. When I asked to just pick up the part, he reluctantly agreed but then yelled, "how do expect me to keep my doors open?!" He called when the part came in, but DEMANDED to return to my home. When at his shop to pick up the part, his employee demanded I had to pay for two parts because they were "packaged together". He grabbed the check from my hand and yelled, "Now, get the F---out of our shop!" The following day, ACCOMPANIED BY A POLICE OFFICER TO INSURE MY SAFETY, I returned to "Glass On Time" to resolve the issue. This company is a NIGHTMARE!
