Kenneth [redacted] is not being forth coming in his complaintKenneth scheduled an appointment with our shop for August 18th, he was aware that we were installing an aftermarket glassWhen he arrived he was very disgruntled about his neighbor breaking his window outHe came in with a smashed glass and we installed an aftermarket glass in his vehicleHe came back a few days later saying the sensor that shows the hatch was closed was not showing it was closed despite the fact that is wasWe have installed many of these back glasses and have never had an issueSo it is not clear if during the damage of the glass if something happened to that sensor or it is the glass itselfWe offered to take the glass out at the time and refund Mr***He said he did not want us to remove the glass and be without a glassHe requested a Jeep part which we told him we could do but there would be a price difference for an OEM partHe told us he did not care if it was more that his neighbors would be paying for the repairWe were taking the amount of the original window and labor off the cost of the OEM glassWe indicated to him that we needed a deposit to order the glass as once we ordered it we could not return itHe literally swore at me for asking for the deposit stating he would not order the glass and cancel it; I explained to him the deposit was company policyHe gave us a credit card in acceptance that we ran for $The next day late morning he called to cancel the glass but we could not cancel it with the dealer as it was a special ordered item and had already shippedHe called the credit card company and cancelled the chargeDuring the third contact he was also swearing at usThe next day he came in to our shop in person and was again so volatile we had to ask him to leaveFast forward now to May of 2017; he has now had our glass installed in his vehicle using it for nine months He came in to our office demanding we replace the glass at no extra charge or he was going to take us to courtHe also wagered a complaint with Channel who has reached out to us and agreed we have done everything to appease himTo recap on all of thiswe did initially offer to take the glass out and refund him because we had recourse to return the aftermarket glass if within a day perirefusedWe ordered a OEM glass for him at an agreed upon price and ordered said glass which we have had for almost nine months that he cancelled a credit card charge for the depositHe has repeatedly been aggressive with usWe have done everything we can to help himHe is now on a smear campaign against our companyComing back after using a product for over nine months is not a reasonable requestWe truly have exhausted all options with Kenneth

Fast forward now to May of 2017; he has now had our glass installed in his vehicle using it for nine months.  He came in to our office demanding we replace the glass at no extra charge or he was going to take us to court. He also wagered a complaint with Channel 4 who has reached out to us and agreed we have done everything to appease him. To recap on all of this.. we did initially offer to take the glass out and refund him because we had recourse to return the aftermarket glass if within a 30 day period-he refused. We ordered a OEM glass for him at an agreed upon price and ordered said glass which we have had for almost nine months that he cancelled a credit card charge for the deposit. He has repeatedly been aggressive with us. We have done everything we can to help him. He is now on a smear campaign against our company. Coming back after using a product for over nine months is not a reasonable request. We truly have exhausted all options with Kenneth.

Kenneth [redacted]  /   Mr [redacted] is a lier, a fabericator. I never swore or was out of line. never agreed to his lies. He never offer a refund. Only offer another window for 640.00 he order the window, and in the same day, less then 4 hrs. I came back to cancel. I think I'm in the law to do so. He will never refund my 290.00 and take back the window as this is what he told to me. I will in time take him to small claims court. For selling me a window that does not work.

I cracked the windshield on my car on a Saturday evening and called many emergency glass shops but I am so glad I spoke with [redacted] at Glass Pro on Sunday morning!!
He was helpful and friendly and I made an appointment for the following Monday. When I took my car in I was greeted and shown to their waiting area and they even turned the t.v to channel 10 for my child. The work looked good and I received a warranty for the work performed. Overall I had a very good experience with Glass Pro and their prices were very reasonable!
