On or about July 27, we received a call from this customerShe was unsure weather the warranty covered loose moldingShe advised there were a lot of stain as a result which is unusual for this type of problemWe advised that it was covered and immediately set up an appointment to inspect the problemOn July 28, the very next day, our technician arrivedHearing no response to the door knock and no answer on the phone, he proceeded to inspect the vehicle which was on the propertyIt was his opinion that the molding was loose for a while, so he proceeded to clean up the affected areaThere after, he was attempting to reinstall the molding (which is the industry standard) at which time the customer arrivedWhile the technician was attempting to reinstall the molding and before he was able to complete that task, the customer became irate and said that she didn't like the way it looked and told our technician to leaveHe did as the customer requestedOur office got a call from the customerWe said since she was unhappy with the technician we had sent, we'll send another to inspect and repairWe also said we'll bring a new windshield just in caseThe next day, on July 29, a second technician arrived with a new windshield and a new moldingIt was his opinion that the windshield need not be removedTherefore, he installed the new molding as is standard in the industryThe customer may wish to replace the windshield, however, it is not the norm in the industry nor was it warranted in this instanceIt was a mere molding coming loose which, although rare, does happenThat's why we warranty that type of problemAs far as we are concerned, the matter is closedThe problem has been fixed and there are no other issues to be addressed

problem. On July 28, the very next day, our technician arrived. Hearing no response to the door knock and no answer on the phone, he proceeded to inspect the vehicle which was on the property. It was his opinion that the molding was loose for a while, so he proceeded to clean up the affected area. There after, he was attempting to reinstall the molding (which is the industry standard) at which time the customer arrived. While the technician was attempting to reinstall the molding and before he was able to complete that task, the customer became irate and said that she didn't like the way it looked and told our technician to leave. He did as the customer requested. Our office got a call from the customer. We said since she was unhappy with the technician we had sent, we'll send another to inspect and repair.
