Horrible, Service and management with this company- I would suggest to anyone who ever has a sales rep show up to their house- to TURN THEM AWAY!! They broke my cars rear mirror, didn't place the seal back correctly around the glass and left rubber shavings all over my carCalled and spoke with the "manager' and was told that someone would be at my house and they never showed to repair the damageCalled the warranty department and have to wait more days before someone will come and look at the car!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Brent the salesman came to my mother's door and claimed her windshield had a defect and had been replaced with an inferior brand not FordHe would replace it for free with original Ford windshield Insurance would payShe agreedI went to inspect it to see what was wrongI found nothing wrong with itIt had Ford emblem on windshieldI called Brent left message that she didn't need windshield and cancel work orderHe called back and said technician was already on his way and she had to pay restocking fee $I told him no this was a scamHe said he didn't like doing business with grimmie people like usHe was really rude and threateningThis all happened in less than twenty four hours

Rebecca was friendly, organized, and professional She made me feel prepared and informedWhen the technician came, the whole process was smooth and he made sure to let me know what not to do to allow the windshield to cute properlyOverall very pleased

Rebecca [redacted] came to my dealership with a missionShe was a pleasureSpoke to me about my windshield and seeing if I need it replacedNeedless to say, Rebecca and the installer did a wonderful job and I am extremely grateful that I was able to get this fixedI will definitely be using them again!

Stay far away!!! A sales rep popped into our office offering their services and since my windshield had a small crack I, as well as another coworker, decided to take them up on their offerWhen they replaced the windshield they damaged my wiper and my rain sensorI didn't notice right away since it didn't rain for a couple days but when I did turn on my wipers one of the blades flew off! So I was driving in traffic in the pouring rain with only my passenger side wiper workingVery scary! I also noticed my rain sensor was no longer functioning at allI called them to report it and they sent one of their techs to check out the damage a couple days laterHe said the guy who replaced my windshield had completely snapped off a piece of the rain sensor and didn't replace the clip on one of my wiper blades - and let's be clear, he didn't just forget to replace the wiper blade clip which would have been an honest mistake; he said he lost it and just didn't give enough of a [redacted] to actually look for it or even mention it to me, even though he knew how unsafe it would beHe also completely bent my coworkers wiper blade so that only about 2/of the blade made contact with the windshield now The second tech said I could expect a call from a manger the next day regarding repairsWhen I hadn't heard anything from them after days I called back and they said they had no record that anyone was supposed to contact me but that they saw the report that my car had been damagedThey told me to go to a repair shop to get a quote and email it to a manager (Matt V.) for approvalMatt responded (offering no apology) and said he would get back to me soonAfter another week of not hearing back I called again and demanded something get doneThe girl on the phone said they would send out another one of their techs to fix everything himself (why did they have me take the time to go to the repair shop for the quote if they had their own guy to fix it all along???)Two days later a third tech (Chris E.) came and replaced my wiper clip and also bent my coworker's wiper back into placeThere was also a bit of the rubber liner sticking out of the edge of the windshield which should NOT have been exposed, so he tucked that back in as well (though I am still super nervous that was indicative of the windshield not being installed properly)He also had to replace my entire rear view mirror assembly because that was the only way to fix the rain sensorThe new rear view mirror was clearly not OEM and was some cheap Chinese knockoff so all the wires and everything were all exposed nowHowever I let it slide because I was just so happy to have this finally all said and done....or so I thought The new rear view mirror was not sturdy and wobbled like crazyI would have to hold it with my hand to see things clearlyAnd since it was improperly mounted and bouncing around, it would cause my rain sensor to go off anytime I went over a bumpThen about weeks later, the entire rear view mirror just fell off! I was able to remount it myself with a kit from [redacted] but since the mirror is so cheaply made, the reflection is still very shaky and it randomly triggers my rain sensor so I have to just leave it offSince I refuse to let these clowns touch my car again I will have to pay for the OEM mirror myself which is over $500! I would give anything to go back in time and stop myself from dealing with these peopleWhat a nightmare!!!

I just wanted to thank Damian for his excellent work The glass was installed yesterday and he went the extra mile making sure it was the right glass He had to go back to warehouse and get it Not only he went back and got it he came back to install it Appreciated Pass the note along Team Rebecca rocks!

Glass Replacement LLC approached me to offer to replace the windshield on my car, which had seven chips in itI had agreed to let them do the job, prior to my reading the reviews in the Revdex.com websiteI voiced my concern and skepticism about having them do the job, but Andrea was so sincere in her explanation for those other reviews and adamant that the job would be done to my satisfaction, with some trepidation I allowed them to do itI did not tell Andrea, but I had been an auto body repairman years before and had replaced windshields myself The two young men who did the job were polite, respectful and knowledgeableTry as I did, I could find not the slightest error in workmanshipI am completely satisfied and highly recommend them

Apptime from 10AM to 2PMTech showed up at 4PMI told him to cancel the orderAfter reading the other reviews I'm glad I didNot even a phone call to tell me he was running late

Was smooth and easy experience, no issuesThe tech got there on time and was very fast and efficient and very niceRebecca was very polite, and streamlined the process quickly and easyAll in all I'm very satisfied with the experience, would definitely recommend these services!

Ive had my car done it was so good I had my moms vehicles and of my friends done and they all like what they got

Rebecca was friendly, organized, and professional. She made me feel prepared and informed. When the technician came, the whole process was smooth and he made sure to let me know what not to do to allow the windshield to cute properly. Overall very pleased.

Brent the salesman came to my mother's door and claimed her windshield had a defect and had been replaced with an inferior brand not Ford. He would replace it for free with original Ford windshield Insurance would pay. She agreed. I went to inspect it to see what was wrong. I found nothing wrong with it. It had Ford emblem on windshield. I called Brent left message that she didn't need windshield and cancel work order. He called back and said technician was already on his way and she had to pay restocking fee $80. I told him no this was a scam. He said he didn't like doing business with grimmie people like us. He was really rude and threatening. This all happened in less than twenty four hours

The salesman Ian W[redacted] was the most kind and well mannered man and his approach towards my glass replacement was outstanding. My windshield looks amazing it was beautifully out on with more tint than I received from my original glass which was chipped.

Stay far away!!! A sales rep popped into our office offering their services and since my windshield had a small crack I, as well as another coworker, decided to take them up on their offer. When they replaced the windshield they damaged my wiper and my rain sensor. So I was driving in traffic in the pouring rain with only my passenger side wiper working. Very scary! I also noticed my rain sensor was no longer functioning at all. He also completely bent my coworkers wiper blade so that only about 2/3 of the blade made contact with the windshield now.
The second tech said I could expect a call from a manger the next day regarding repairs. When I hadn't heard anything from them after 3 days I called back and they said they had no record that anyone was supposed to contact me but that they saw the report that my car had been damaged. They told me to go to a repair shop to get a quote and email it to a manager (Matt V.) for approval. Matt responded (offering no apology) and said he would get back to me soon. After another week of not hearing back I called again and demanded something get done. The girl on the phone said they would send out another one of their techs to fix everything himself (why did they have me take the time to go to the repair shop for the quote if they had their own guy to fix it all along???). Two days later a third tech (Chris E.) came and replaced my wiper clip and also bent my coworker's wiper back into place. There was also a bit of the rubber liner sticking out of the edge of the windshield which should NOT have been exposed, so he tucked that back in as well (though I am still super nervous that was indicative of the windshield not being installed properly). He also had to replace my entire rear view mirror assembly because that was the only way to fix the rain sensor. The new rear view mirror was clearly not OEM and was some cheap Chinese knockoff so all the wires and everything were all exposed now. However I let it slide because I was just so happy to have this finally all said and done....or so I thought.
The new rear view mirror was not sturdy and wobbled like crazy. I would have to hold it with my hand to see things clearly. And since it was improperly mounted and bouncing around, it would cause my rain sensor to go off anytime I went over a bump. Then about 3 weeks later, the entire rear view mirror just fell off! I was able to remount it myself with a kit from [redacted] but since the mirror is so cheaply made, the reflection is still very shaky and it randomly triggers my rain sensor so I have to just leave it off.
