Customer ordered two pieces of glass, one had to be special ordered with a lead time of two weeksthe other glass he requested asap and due to questions on the order and it took over a week to make We agree it took several days longer than he was promised and we agree to refund the money for that glassThe other item was special ordered and customer agreed there was nothing wrong with this part of the order, but wanted a full refundwhen asked why we should refund this part of the order he became upset, threatened a lawsuit and hung upthere was not full discussion we agree to refund, in full, the amount for the insulated glass that wasn't on time
