The desk has arrived and it did arrive later than we expected. I have no control over the manufacturer. I offered to give him the name and address of the manufacturer to verify the information I have received from them

He is a very hard man to get along with. I’m as fair as I can be, until you are not fair. In business, you cannot please everyone, and there was no pleasing Mr. [redacted].
