We have resolved this issue with our customer. Please see a copy of email correspondence below.
Review: I returned two boxes of tile to this company for a refund, followed all instructions per their return policy. I have all documentation and return confirmations. One box was returned approximately a month ago, the other three weeks ago. I have contacted the company repeatedly by phone and in writing to get my refund. As of 6/4 the customer service agent said they would refund my money for both orders by today. As of today I have not received a refund or any indication that a credit has been or will be issued.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund my money. They have a return policy that indicates a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Given the time I have had to spend chasing down a refund from this company, they should refund my money 100%. In the long term they should simply follow the refund policy they post on their site. It should not require that a customer contact them in writing and by phone a half dozen times to get a refund. They they have a kindly customer service agent who says the refund will be processed in 24 hours and it isn't. This is really unethical.
