What a great family owned business! Very knowledgeable and professional. Replaced a windshield on my car that was not broken, but was put in by [redacted] with a cheap product ( that I didn't ask for ). They provided excellent customer service and professionally installed the windshield.

purchase it.    There is no way that we could tell the the cooling system was plugged up. We are not responsible. We told you twice that we were unable to drive it. Maybe you should get the money back from the previous owner   It is the operators responsibility to monitor the gauges. Enclosed is a copy of the invoice that has the Nationwide Warranty with road service that you failed to use.   I will however as a courtesy refund your vehicle checkover plus $145.00 for good faith   I will send you the cashiers check with the provision that you remove ALL the comments off the internet and agree to not add any more   Sincerly [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: 1. You are completely disregarding my reason for the complaint.2. Work was performed that I did not authorize or want.3. I paid you under the impression that the work I wanted and WAS TOLD would be done was accomplished. This is not true, and none of the things I WANTED were performed or done.4. I was never called to authorize any repairs when told THAT I WOULD BE CALLED BEFORE ANY REPAIRS WERE DONE. THE ONLY REPAIR THAT WAS AUTHORIZED WAS THE TUNE UP.5. You provided no inspection, and failed to provide expert automotive advice.6. You neglected obvious problems that would cause the vehicle to fail and overheat, ultimately causing me to overheat and possibly blow the head gasket.7. You failed to notice that the radiator had holes, that the FAN MOTOR CLUTCH was not operational, that the coolant reservoir was DUCK TAPED and also had BARS LEAK residue in it. If you would have noticed the broken reservoir, you would have seen that the bottom was coated with BARS LEAK. A leaky radiator is MORE OF A CAUSE OF OVERHEATING than the possibility of Bars Leak. Bars Leak was NOT THE ONLY cause, and if the LEAKY HOLEY RADIATOR HAD BEEN NOTICED NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. IF YOU WOULD HAVE NOTICED THE RADIATOR WAS BAD YOU WOULD HAVE ULTIMATELY SEEN THE BARS LEAK BECAUSE YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THIS THING WOULD NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT A NEW RADIATOR. ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS LOOK AT IT.8. YOU ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ALL OF THE ABOVE.I am through with being reasonable. Since you want to be completely unreasonable, and offer not even one ounce of an apology for the fact that I was mislead by your employee, that your business did not perform the services I was told would be done, and that you failed to notice very serious issues with the RV while in your care.I am done negotiating and being professional. It took about 45 min to get to her at the Nursery Store. I put the battery tester on it  and it tested good and started. She said that it had gotten WARM. I looked under for any leaking water. There was none, so I told her to drive it warm, because motor homes run WARM. She later contacted me that it overheated & had to be towed in. She didn't contact Federated Roadside Service...which is on the top & bottom of my invoice I talked to Texas Hill Country Coach that he had it in and it had overheated He found that the radiator was plugged up with stop leak. It was so bad that it needed tanks. The block was plugged up with stop leak. That was the reason that it overheated. An overflow bottle was not the reason that it overheated. I didn't put the stop leak in it. Maybe that was the reason that the owner wanted it paid for before it was checked out. There is no way that we could tell that there was stop leak in it, unless it was test driven, which I previously stated I couldn't do. What a great family owned business! Very knowledgeable and professional. Replaced a windshield on my car that was not broken, but was put in by [redacted] with a cheap product ( that I didn't ask for ). They provided excellent customer service and professionally installed the windshield.

Had Glass Unlimited provide and install a glass frame less shower door. Owner was very polite, made several notes. We discussed one wall being out of plumb but was assured that the glass would be cut to match the irregularity. Day of install was called very last minute to reschedule due to illness of installer, was told to expect them the same time the next day. I called 1 hour later than the due time and was told they we "loading up" and would be there in 45 minutes. So work started 2 hours late. Was asked to come in and see where the door would land against the wall, we agreed on where and they installed the door. When it came time to set the matching panel, again was asked to "look". They set the panel where it should go to match the door. I noticed that the panel was out of plumb and asked why? I was told that the wall on the other side was out and he was matching it. Complete DISASTER. The door was out of plumb as well. At that point I told them to finish. Owner was belligerent, wouldn't admit he hung the door out of plumb, admits no fault. Pictures and a Level don't lie. Horrible, Horrible experience!

I had my windshield replaced in my SUV. Upon completion I noticed debris from the removal of the old glass on the drivers side and passenger side floor and dashboard, and my dashboard had a cut at the left front right near the window. The seal along the top of the glass was not touching the roof and had a cavity. I asked the installer to come take a look at the seal and he said that was normal, and that the factory glass which he removed was installed incorrectly. I left and went to the [redacted] dealership nearby to get an opinion on the work. The mechanic said the glass was installed to low, the seal was not touching the roof, and he noticed that the paint along the top right of the window frame had been scuffed down to bare metal. I went back to the shop and told them I was unhappy with the results and that I had visited the [redacted] dealership who told me the installation was improper. The owner came outside and stated several times that this is why we should stop doing auto glass. I pointed out the debris in the vehicle along with the cut in the dashboard and paint missing. He asked me where I took the vehicle and said they don't know what they are doing. He asked the installer to get a tool and said they could move the window up. I said aside from the window what about the cut in the dashboard and the paint missing. The man got right up in my face with his chest all out twice and told me I had an attitude for wanting resolution to the poor work and damages. I said I was going to call the police, and after being told to leave the property I did call the police. That was the most unprofessional experience I have had with a business in my life. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
