This business has very poor customer service We received a bid for a shower door replacement The product came in later than promised and when installed did not match the existing rail that was left in place, despite the employee taking pictures They ended up ordering a rail to match but then left it for my husband to install as they wanted to charge us more for the installation as well as the cost of the additional rail, that should have been covered in the original bid I would not recommend them to do any custom shower doors or deal with glass block as both the employee and the owner do not want to deal with glass block
