Review: I have an order [redacted]. They told me it was shipped on Oct [redacted]. However, till now, the usps status is always "October **, 2013 Electronic Shipping Info Received". I asked their customer service on Oct **, they only told me that is "in transit in our California office".

I am living at the east coast. How could a package to EAST coast in California after ONE week shipping by the first class package? It is Ridiculous!

I great doubt this company ships everything out from CHINA so that they can low down their cost. However, in order to compete with other companies, they do not tell their customers that they are actually doing that. It is not legal.Desired Settlement: This company needs to show where they actually ship from and tell customers on the main page!

Review: I ordered a pair of eyeglasses on September *, 2013. They were shipped on September **, 2013, with an estimated delivery date of September **, 2013. They have not arrived, and I have tried numerous times to contact Glasses Shop to attempt to resolve the issue, and have left messages for them to return my call. They have not done so.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
