Unfortunately, we were hit with a double-wammy here and as the [redacted] I do apologize for the service that we provided in this case During the period in which the customer placed his order, we were hit with a major internet outage throughout our central location which unfortunately took [redacted] days to resolve This had a direct impact on our business Regarding the item ordered, the item was a clearance item and many of these items we only have one piece of product remaining (hence why they are on super clearance) Once we were back up and operational, another customer had just purchased that clearance item last week and thus it should have been removed from our website Unfortunately, we didn't do the best job possible to communicate this with the customer while he anxiously awaited the item We are working to modify the way in which we maintain our clearance inventory to avoid this situation from occurring again.Despite our impressive presence online, we still run as a small business and sometimes things just don't go as we plan In this case, there was little we could as the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and we had only one of the item left Had we not had the [redacted] outage this week, we would have done a far better job in communicating the availability on this product Should the customer be interested in purchasing another product, we are happy to provide him with a $gift card that can be redeemed at any time It's the least we can do to try and repair the poor experience that he faced here

Review: I ordered this item on February [redacted]. I paid for 2 day [redacted] shipping. On Wednesday February [redacted] I called to inquire as to where the product is as I have not gotten the item. I was told they were "having a problem locating the item". This company did nothing to notify me that they were having any problems. On my contact day of February [redacted] I was told they had located the item and would be shipping it out soon. I asked if they could upgrade my shipping since they have mishandles this transaction and was told "NO".Desired Settlement: Once you finally get the item here, refund the 20.00 US dollars I paid for 2 Day [redacted] shipping.

Review: Refusal to refund product after claiming damage and in a very accusatory and unprofessional email. Pictures were taken before and after products was returned and then Re-returned and no such "claimed" damage is visible. We're worn once and were too big. Returned Within 14 days of date received so could not have even been extensively used. Very unprofessional and impolite customer service.Desired Settlement: I will return the glasses of my own charge but would like my purchase refunded
