I ordered my eyeglasses weeks ago and still have not received them! After a couple days I received an email from EyeglassesUSA asking fir me to contact them I did After waiting on the phone for 30, I finally got through The guy who took my call didn't know what he was doing He kept asking the same question over and over again "so, ugh what are you calling about?" I kept explaining to him that they were the ones who contacted me Then finally he put me on hold, came back and verified my email address!! Really? He acted like he was on drugs or somthing! So the last I heard, someone had messed up the production and they would be overnighting them as soon as they complete themThat was over a week agoI emailed Glassesusa several days ago and have not received any response to the email I checked on my order status this morning and it hasn't changed one bit I am very disappointed with this experience and emailed them again requesting a call back today!

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from GlassesUSA and did not receive them for almost a month and they were the wrong lenses. I did not read the 100% satisfaction guarantee carefully. There is a 20% restocking fee. If you do not want to wait again and you want to purchase your glasses from some other retailer and want them to credit your credit card you will pay for their mistake! RIPOFF, BUYER BEWARE! This could happen to you.
