Review: FIRST HALF OF LETTER ON TOP, SECOND HALF UNDER DESIRED SETTLEMENT, NEED TO UPLOAD FRONT OF "RECEIPT"This is very lengthy and I hope you can really give me your attention on this. First of all, I am a little frightened to file this. I have contacted my credit card company and told them what is going on and they were EXTREMELY helpful and said they would do everything they can do help me and they immediately closed my account and credited me the amount of this receipt which I am attaching, its not even an invoice which is $382.82. When you look at the slip on both sides you will see it doesn't list the services PLUS on the back my son wrote it had to be authorized BY ME before the charge went through and I never authorized it and yet it was put through the [redacted] card.So I moved into this house in 1992 and we installed a central vac system. It worked until last year. My ex-husband used it for everything, Dalmatian hair, car parts, basement crud, anything you could possibly think of, glass chards, on top of every day household vacuuming, never a problem. I do not remember the name of the vac company or vac right now. I got divorced in 2002 and have used it only for household dirt since then, that is 12 more years. Never a problem and not even dogs left in the house. So that is my background. So that original vac broke sometime in 2014, could have been late 2013, I think it was 2014. I called Glastonbury Vac and they sent this really nice guy over, he replaced it with a new vac for around $750 and told me it was covered fully I think in full for five years under warranty, he also told me at that time clearly that I could use bags or not use bags in it. My old one did not use bags so the question clearly came up by me.So a few weeks ago, around April 26th or so this new 2013 or 2014 vac from GVC (Glastonbury Vacuum Center) broke. I called them and clearly was upset because it was so new.Desired Settlement: So a few weeks ago, around April 26th or so this new 2013 or 2014 vac from GVC (Glastonbury Vacuum Center) broke. I called them and clearly was upset because it was so new. The owner, [redacted], sent someone over, I left the basement door unlocked because I was at work and whoever came took the old one and put in a new one that didn't fit and in fact didnt work because I found out he didnt hook up the pipes correctly. But we dealt with that. And in the meantime I had had conversations with [redacted] and he kept saying how nice I was, he wanted to help me because I was so nice, I found out later why people arent nice to him. So when I called him to tell him the new vac didnt fit he started the blame game, my vacuum was broken because it was loaded with crud, asking me all these millions of questions about what I used it for, etc. , that my daughter might have messed it up, that there had been a sheetrocker guy in the house who must have used it for sheetrock. I asked him to check out what
