Clinic entered an incorrect appointment date for a time\date that was impossible for me to set or attend due to already existing work committments. My information shows the appointment for next week. Clinic is attempting to charge a mandatory $50 missed appointment fee for a clerical error on their end, citing no excuses and company policy. Unacceptable customer service.

I have completed the Business Questionnaire and attached it to this email along with documentation to support the reason for the patients NoShow fee that he was charged. I have attached a copy of our Financial Policy that he signed on 9/20/19 and a statement from my front desk staff. After reviewing the patient's chart and documentation from my staff, we are in agreement that the NoShow fee was justified. If the patient was unhappy, he could have asked to speak with me the administrator and this could have been settled without taking the time to report us to the Revdex.com and leave us a negative review on ***. I will agree to adjust off the $50.00 fee per the patients request. I have tried to reach the patient by phone and have left a voicemail, but my call has not been returned. Our practice is very friendly oriented and highly respected in the medical field and our patients.
