I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I do take exception to the statement regarding the color issue as the company chose the color using a color chart And when we did provide the color, it was highly recommended by our pool company to use a color chartAfter that it still took attempts before an acceptable color was found The broom brush has been completed (we were on vacation when this took place) Although no discount was given for the 1/years it took to complete the project, I consider this complaint resolved.Regards, [redacted]

I just received this email from you on Oct Prior to receiving this from you we have remedied the problem From my perspective, the problem could have been avoided with the proper color information from the homeowner The homeowner and I have discussed this several times We have tried to fix the color difference with a stain That method didn't work The homeowner and I agreed to try an overlay and after a couple different samples, one was approved There was a delay in my company being able to install the overlay This was due to other projects that we were working on As of today, I haven't heard anything from the homeowner about the work we did a few weeks ago to remedy to color difference It is my belief that the problem has been fixed
