I contacted a Mr [redacted] early last week, I believe it was Tuesday, about the posibility of H and B Industrial coming to my house and cleaning my wood stove flueI called him on his cell phone # [redacted] I contacted him mid-morning and he stated he and his crew were already in [redacted] working and if they could do the work that day he would charge me $for the work and we agreed that he would arrive at my address( which I gave to him over the phone) between 4:and 5:p.mI explained to him that I had been cleaning the flue myself with a small circular 6" brush and that the flue would becomed clogged up again is a month to weeks and he stated with confidence that if the flue became clogged again this burning season after they cleaned it that his company would return and clean the flue again at no charge !!! I was excited with the way our conversation went and arrived home at 4:p.mand waited and waited and H and B Industrial and [redacted] never showed

David Harper & crew did an excellent job removing mold from my townhouse crawl spaceThey knew what to do and did it efficiently and thoroughly My crawl space is now so clean I joke that I could sleep there! They were considerate of my needs and convenience, always friendly and personableTheir fee was entirely reasonable and what's more, they guarantee their workThat was important to meI cannot recommend H & B Industrial Services strongly enough!

They arrived on time, at 8:am, as scheduled
They thoroughly inspected all areas and components of the chimney
Not only the flue was cleaned up, but also the smoke shelf and recesses behind the damper; they had been clogged with dirt that made the damper difficult to move
The wood grate, and the heavy cast iron fireback, were removed outdoors, to be thoroughly scrubbed, front and back -- I didn't expect that
MrHarper explained me what he was doing and why, the condition of the chimney, all very useful information
While on the roof, one of MrHarper crew also very kindly removed a limb, and even leaves, that had fallen there and were unreachable for me
The work was done in a friendly but very professional manner at all timesThe living room was left absolutely clean
Without hesitation, I will recommend MrScott Harper and his crew to family and friendsNext time we need to have our chimney serviced, we will directly call on him again
