I have a written letter from the Company [GLB], stating that resealing services will be provided if requested Now that the purchase has been made, the Company would like to reject this agreement and not provide the documented promised services
I am merely asking for the Company to honor the agreement that they provided to every condo owner, in my building, stating that they would reseal our counter-tops if requestedThank you for your help in resolving this issue. Regards,

Review: GLB is a company that provides tile and stone for residential developments (condos, homes, etc.). As part of their installation, they leave documentation (on their letterhead), that they are responsible for resealing the installed countertops one more time following initial installation. Every owner in my condo building has a copy of this document. When I was finally able to the contact the company, they refused to honor the documentation and attempted to charge me $400.Desired Settlement: For GLB to honor their contract and reseal my countertops.

First I would like to say that I do not have a contract with [redacted]. My work on this project was contracted directly through the builder. We provided the builder with a warranty letter for one year. This warranty period is good from the time the unit is sold. The re-sealing of the counter top was offered as part of this one year warranty. One year is the standard warranty period for this type of project. I don't understand how the BB bureau would even consider such a claim. This is ludicrous. Plus keep in mind I completed the project in 2009. Units sold slowly and Over the last 5 years I have gone back and fixed problems within the 1st year warranty period even though I completed the work years ago. [redacted] purchased his condo almost 2 years ago. He should have said something sooner. I explained to him that he needed to go through the builder. If they authorized the charge we would be happy to do the work for him.Guy B
