Review: I brought my car into the shop on Aug. [redacted] and was told car would be ready by Aug. **. So I called on Aug. ** and the receptionist told me they are still working on the car and it won't be ready with middle of next week. I called back next week and still not ready til early next week. So I feel like its going to drag out for a long time. I am very frustrated and mad and disappointed. I wish I brought my car somewhere else. On top of that, I have to pay for my rental for another 2 weeks. This has been a nightmare and a waste of time and money. On top of that no one there could give me details on what is being worked on the car and what is done, all I get is the suspension is being worked on. I don't think they know how to fix cars at all.Desired Settlement: I wish that they would pay for my car rental for 2 weeks and lower my repair cost.
