Hi [redacted] The issue was discovered by my cleaning crew on 7/30/and reported to me the next morningOn 7/31/I sent the attached email to the incoming tenant, alerting her of the issueThe entire building (which is standard practice with a pest control issue) was treated by my pest control vendorUnfortunately, these types of pests require numerous weekly treatments to completely exterminateAfter a few weeks, the building was pest free. The cause for this particular unit to have such a problem was due to the previous tenant not reporting the issue which allowed the problem to worsen.
