I cannot say enough about this cleaning service Their main concern is your needs and what is needed in your home The staff is pleasant, efficient and top notch I have had several cleaning companies come in and do work in our home They pale in comparison to the work Gleam Team does....also prices are reasonable and not by the hour like most places The house always looks great and smells AMAZING
This business is shady when it comes to professionalism As on this site it states the owner to be [redacted] however this is not the owner of the company They are not consistent with billing practices and agree to discussion then back track latter while harassing you The manager agreed for me to wait till returning from a trip to find out what happened with payment in the mail then text everyday on being sarcastic Once returning from my trip it was found the envelope on the invoice sent for payment was incorrect The management had put the wrong return address zip code but treated myself as a customer as stated in the text from the owner that I was going to be charged with theft of services I sent them the envelope that showed payment had been mailed It is funny however that they sent the invoice out with the wrong zip and I was treated as a thief for their managements failure I would not suggest this business for cleaning your house
