I made a purchase for digital media, specifically a PDF on Olympic Lifting exercisesThe PDF is hosted online at Atheletes Acceleration webpage80% of the times I attempt to log in to access my purchase I am unable to do so due to an "error." My initial purchase at a promotional rate was lost due to the website being unable to complete my purchase an I had to reattempt the next day at a higher priceUpon checkout I was offered a trial membership to additional content for $1, which I agreed toI was notified that the trial would last for days and that I would be given notice before renewaldays later I was billed for a month of the "premium membership" with no prior notificationI contacted the company to cancel this and issue me a refund, however no refund has been received and I have been unable to log in to check if it has indeed been cancelled
