I contacted you as I said I would do thru the Revdex.com here We talked on the phone friday Through my investigation of the work performed at your home, I find That Erik did an amazing job performing a roof cleaning on your cedar shake roof He also performed above and beyond the scope of work hired to do He helped you move boxes, cover your plants and did a grounds clean up all at no additional charge It is in our nature to go the extra mile for our customers He stated that he did discuss the work performed at your home before during and after In fact he states you had made him stop working numerous times to talk and help you with miscellaneous other stuff He said you were extremely happy during and upon completionThe debris that you discovered was needle Debris, branches and pine cones from your giant I think it's a Ponderosa Pine tree on your property He was helping you clear your yard by doing extra clean up that was not part of the scope of work I find your report to the Revdex.com is an exaggeration and blatantly dishonest by numerous accusations The licensing complaint is simple We do not carry a Construction Contractors License because we do not do construction We carry city licenses and Insurance You are required to carry a bond if you accept money up front We absolutely do not ever accept payment until the customer is happy and all work is complete The fact I didn't come over is because you told me not too You said you hired Sergio to inspect your roof and gutters and do a grounds clean up for much less that we charged to blow off your roof You state here a much higher dollar amount paid to him than us If any debris was found on roof, it was newly fallen as big pine trees constantly drop foliage The fact you have now called me a no show to your house in all caps, you have crossed the line with misinformation and an attempt to ruin our good name I've provided quality exterior home cleanings on Thousand or more homes in and around Washington County and I have Thousand or more returning customers that will swear to my quality and integrity I will not offer any refund whatsoever Please consider keeping Sergio as your around the house helper We will not call you or respond any further to your gross attempt to harm us and accusations You hired us to blow off your roof and the tops of your gutter covers We provided that Please move on from this Have a good day! allogations

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Tim did NOT SHOW UP to check roof or gutters or too much debris left-over on the ground from cleaning the roof.  I did talk...

over the phone with Tim.  He said the following:  The company dropped the Ball in handling the problems.  Tim asked if I was asked by Erik(roof cleaner) to Inspect his work?  I told Tim the answer was No I was not asked to inspect the clean up and work by Erik.  Tim said a Tech should had been involved in communication of the roof cleaning, etc.  I told Tim I talked to the company receptionist and followed up 3 or more times I was dissatisfied with the mess that was left on my ground and long pine needles were blown under the plants to hide the mess.  I also told Tim I had to ask Erik why he did the backside of the roof so quickly and the gutters looked like not done.
I had to hire another person to brush the shakes and clean up the left over pine needles and small branches.  It cost me another $245 for the job.,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: DISHONEST STATEMENTS AND ACCUSING ME FOR LYING.  INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS RESPONSE AND LACKS CONSIDERATION FOR THE CUSTOMER.  ERIK DID NOT COVER THE PLANTS AND THERE WAS NO BOXES TO MOVE.  HE DID NOT CLEAN UP THE HIS MESS.  WHY CONTINUE TO COVER UP YOUR POOR WORK.  I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE AWFUL CLEAN UP WHICH I HAD TO DO FOR OVER AN HOUR MYSELF.  YOU ADMITTED YOUR COMPANY DROPPED THE BALL AND A TECH SHOULD HAD BEEN INVOLVED WITH THE JOB.
 
YOU NEVER CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT THE WORK.  YOU CALLED 2 WEEKS LATER AFTER I CLEANED THE POOR WORK  DONE BY YOUR COMPANY AND I HIRED SERGIO TO REDO YOUR WORK.  HE CLEANED THE GUTTERS AND ALSO CLEANED THE GROUNDS.  YOU TOLD ME ERIK DID NOT RETURN TO MY HOME TO RAKE UP HIS MESS CAUSE HE WAS BUSY.
INSTEAD OF BEING DEFENSIVE WHY NOT REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY.
EVIDENCE OF PICTURES OF THE PILES OF NEEDLES FROM THE ROOF BLOWING IS ON MY CELL PHONE WHICH SHOWS THE POOR WORKMANSHIP.  YOUR COMPANY CAME IN FOR A QUICK BUCK AND ERIK NEVER ASKED ME TO CHECK ALL HIS WORK.  AFTER HE LEFT, I NOTICED THE CLUTTER OF BLOWN NEEDLES IN PILES NEAR MY FENCE, UNDER THE PLANTS AND WOOD PILE.  LEFT MY YARD AND HOME VULNERABLE TO FIREWORKS FIRE!!!!!
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE LICENSE NUMBER ON YOUR BUSINESS CARD.  
I HAVE LIVED IN  MY HOME FOR 40 YEARS AND NEVER HAD AN UNCOOPERATIVE COMPANY/CONTRACTOR REFUSING TO RETURN TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS OR FOLLOW THROUGH BY THE COMPANY OWNER TO INSPECT A JOB WHEN I HAD A COMPLAINT.YOU ADMITTED YOUR COMPANY DROPPED THE BALL OVER THE CELL.
