Gleason's Ice Cream

I am rejecting this response because: She refuses to knowledge she hung up in my face after the incident while I was trying to apologize and to speak to her as a mature adult.

Review: Around 7am on 10/24/2014, My daugther and I had walked in Gleason's Ice Cream Parlor, which sits in the bus station Downtown Stockton (RTD) because the sitting area was fulled. I was trying to get my daughter out of the cold. I had purchase two doughnuts from another establishment and we started eating and talking. The woman at the cashier had told us we couldn't bring in outside food, I responded by stating, "There wasn't enough room in the sitting area in the bus station", she responded, "Well I can't let you stay regardless, but I'll let you do this one time, but there are signs stating you can't bring outside food", my response was, "Maybe you should make the signs bigger for your customers to see", her response was, "I have signs", she pointed in back of me which is hard to see for any one, she also pointed infront enterance no one couldn't read. "Maybe you need glasses or maybe your just blind". I gather my things together walking outside with my daughter. We waited outside in the cold, I called the establishment not knowing she's the mangaer, she answer the phone and as I perceive to talk to her about how rude she was towards me, she stated, "I don't have to listen to you and your wrong, good-bye"! Hung up in my face. I was going to apoloize for any wrong on my part but she refuse to listen this is why I'm writing my formal compliant to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: The manager needs to take some business courses on how to conduct yourself in your own establishment, professional matter towards customers if they don't understand their policy. I want a written apology from this establishment for being unprofessional. Stating "I'm blind and need eyeglasses". How does she knows if I may have medical condition? This is way out of line.

Response:

Business states that they apologize for any misunderstanding. Consumers are not allowed to bring food into the establishment. There are two signs by the entrance and one in the seating area that specifically state that there is no outside food allowed. As a one time courtesy consumer was allowed to finish her meal inside the restaurant. After notifying consumer of this, the reaction was irrational and she chose to leave the premises.
