I unfortunately left my vehicle somewhere it wasn't supposed to be and it was towed, like it should have been, but my vehicle was vandalized by the employees of the business. The vandalism included breaking into my vehicle in which my door was bent open so they could gain access to the inside, smearing a very large amount of automotive grease on the steering wheel of my vehicle and all down the outside of the body of the car, and leaving my vehicle unlocked in an unsafe and unprotected/non fenced in salvage area in which there were numerous shards of glass and very large sharp pieces of metal littering the ground. I further filed a complaint with the memphis police department, the MATA bus terminal that uses their service, the city of memphis, and intend on filing civil charges against the company in hopes that how my vehicle was treated will never happens to anyone else. I would like the Revdex.com to uphold its standards of trust between the public and those who do business with the public and help me resolve this matter as efficient and effectively as possible. The police case contains photos of the vandalism to my vehicle as well as many that I took as soon as I saw what happened to my car in case evidence will be required to resolve the issue.Product_Or_Service: TowingDesired SettlementHow my vehicle was treated is why towing services have such a bad reputation. My request is that I be refunded the amount of my tow and storage, the lot where the vehicles are stored is cleaned up to allow safe storage of vehicles, and the employee who vandalized my vehicle be reprimanded and the refund be taken directly from his pay. I will let the damage to my door go and agree not to file further charges against the company if my requests are met or another compromise can be found.
