Review: This company failed to provide me with a written estimate before repairs were made to my vehicle. I was notified verbally about additional charges later in the repair process. However, the total amount due was far greater than what I was told verbally and I was not aware of the total amount due until the end of the repair process. This was a result of poor communication and lack of responsibilty of company personnel. One of the services rendered was unsuccessful and yet I was still charged the full amount for the service. I didn't know that this service was unsuccessful until days later, when I discovered the same issue again. I feel I received poor communication, service, and rates.Desired Settlement: I want this company to rectify the situation by providing all services successfully and by providing a legible explanation of services rendered. The receipt I received didn't provide a clear explanation of the total amount charged. Also, a billing adjustment will be desired if the explanation of services doesn't align with the amount paid.
