Gleeson Mechanical

Gleason delivered our home in Coconino County under the subcontract with Silver Ridge dealership in Rye AZ. We ordered our home to include wood skirting, which Gleason was to install. The first inspection by the county failed due to stabilizing stands not properly installed, the two sections were not connected, Gleason was not using wood for the skirting requied by the county but inspector at this time did not sight this error. Gleason had installed a grade better in wood but did not confirm with the county to do so. Without conducting any repairs Gleason called for reinspection. Inspector showed up and seeing no corrections completed then "red lined" the skirting. This now delayed the completion of our home. This was the day of the Hwy 87 closure, but Gleason could have come up through Cottonwood. Gleason chose to come up through Globe thus missing the inspector. Claim to us was that a request for exemption was made to the county. No determination was made until we personally went to the county and spoke with them. Because the skirting was an issue other work was on hold, or so we thought. Strange when the air conditioning unit showed up but could not be installed as county had not approved the site. This company is so disorganized. All we heard us that they had too much work. So instead if taking time to do things right they just threw things out there.

I want to highly recommend Gleeson Mechanical! My sons room was always hotter than the rest of the house. James the technician arrived just 3 hours after I called. He was friendly and knowledgable. He crawled up in the attic even though it was 109 outside! The repair was fast. He even checked the outside unit even though the problem was in the attic unit. He offered to change my air filter and asked to borrow a broom to sweep up! He told me what needed to be fixed today and suggestions to fix at a later date. I will definitely use Gleeson Mechanical again!
