removing a tree that was killed due to the well drilling they did on our property We had a new heating system put in where MrDarch had to drill wells During running the pipes for the new system, his company killed the roots of a large oak tree right next to our house He did not respond for the longest time waiting for the tree to die(which he did not think it would) Once it died, we began contacting him to come and remove it For many months he did not nothing, not even responding to emails, until finally he responded and said he had liquidated his company and no longer could assist us So we had to pay $out of our pocket to have it removed
