Researched thoroughly and got 4 estimates. Went with Glen Burnie Roofing (GBR) because they are a local family business that has been round for 40+ years, are very reputable {nothing but positive reviews}, and are highly accredited by the Revdex.com. I got three estimates and felt they were not only the most reasonable, but the most trustworthy. Boy was I right. They did a phenomenal job. Were very informative, quick (one day for two story colonial), and didn't try to get more money. Unlike the other companies, they only charged $45 per sheet of plywood. They also showed me the rotten wood, as opposed to simply charging me, which I understand some companies do. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. The owner came to inspect the work his crew was doing twice, including a final walk around to make sure everything met his standards. I highly recommend GBR!
