Glen Cove Volvo apologized to the customer numerous times.GlenCove Volvo is in the process of getting a refund of expenses check [redacted] out to the customer.Glen Cove Volvo is currently rectifying these shortcomings to better serve our clients

[I had to have my car repaired by a different repair shop because it was unsafe to drive I have been assured by the general manager at Glen Cove Volvo that I will be reimbursed for the costs associated with that repair I have submitted the repair invoice to Glen Cove Volvo and am now awaiting the reimbursement check Once reimbursement is received I will consider this matter satisfactorily resolved

Tell us why here...We had customer bring is vehicle in for repair and gave him a loaner vehicle until his vehicle is fixed
