On May **, 2018, I requested an appointment for Orthodontic Evaluation with Glen Oaks Dental OfficeOn May **, when I arrived for my appointment, I had routine exam records taken; this included several images of X-ray and oral examAfter these records were taken, I had met with orthodontist DrCatherine W** in which I was informed I would be a candidate for this treatmentNext, I was presented with an estimate and rushed into signing some documents for the initial evaluationWhile the entire evaluation was covered by my insurance, I was tricked into signing a contract and the office charged my credit card $2,Glen Oaks Dental Office requested that I need to provide my credit card in case my insurance does not cover for the initial evaluationHowever, the insurance covered the entire visit and the office still charged my credit card for the same medical records that were covered by the insurance I was not aware that initial evaluation would immediately charge my credit card

Review: I am a patient of this dentist. They accept my Dental Coverage that is Why I go because they are in my Network. I started a Root Canal and Crown in November. The Dentist told me I would get a refund for all the monies I paid because my insurance is covering the procedure. I asked them when will I get a refund for this procedure since they have been charging my Credit Card. I have never received a bill as of today. They just keep charging my Credit Card. When I finally Get my Credit Card Statement I see charges totaling $1,195. I told them to credit back my card since they never gave me a total price. They said they needed to have my card on hold. I called them over 10 times in 3 weeks. They Have still not refunded my money.Desired Settlement: $ 1,195 for the total I paid.
