I am rejecting this response because:I would like to address the lie that was told about the work done in my apartment. I work from home and have never had one of Glen Rose's Maintenance knock on my door to fix anything. I have attached proof of a letter where I had a firend of mine, who works on a totally different property for another company, come fix both issues.  as far as the policy on reporting incidents, again what was the incident to report. I feel that you used and abuse of power because stuff was either said that you did not like, or because you knew all of this was mess in the beggining. You were just trying to take the side of an employee instead of doing what is right. Honestly, I would like to just be let out of my lease.

I am rejecting this response because: Manager has not provided proof of closure of the Workorders that I put in. ( Diswasher request 5/5 & Garbage Disposal Request on 5/8) She mentioned tha maintanance was supposed to call the police to report "Damage". Please tell me where in any reports or images was ther damage to report? When a auto owner has car insurance and damage such as vandalizm, or hail; the onwer is supposed to report these damages as Environmental Damages and file a claim with insurance. In this case this did not happen, in my opinion because there wasn't any damage to report. You'd rather waste the time of Law officers when they can handle actual EMERGENCIES. I think this is an abuse of power and should not be tolerated. When we did discuss adding my babysitter to the lease, this became an issue when you decided to give him a Criminal Tresspass when he didn't do any thing wrong at all. This made it hard for me and now I am struggling to find child care replacement and it is affecting my career. I feel that you called the police and got all of this started due to discrimination against me and this has created extra problems that weren't needed. People get angry and are allowed to speak whats on there mind according to the first ammendment and I feel that you did not allow me to exercise that right on Tuesday June 6th. I didn't threaten you at all, and my voice level wasn't so loud that it was threatening either. You called the police because I said something that made a valid point and you were mad about it.
Regards,
