Glen Toyota.
I purchased two Toyota Avalon XLEs, a 2015 pre-owned in 2016 and a new 2017 this year.
Last Wednesday a lifelong friend from Long Island was visiting my wife and me for a few days. She is a recent widow, and while her husband was alive they purchased two Avalons because he needed maximum legroom. She asked me to take her to a dealership so she could see a 2019 Corolla. I took her to Glen Toyota and appraised your sales consultant, Ohanes Barsemain, of the situation, telling him that she would purchase her new car from her Toyota dealership on Long Island. He said he would be happy to show her car. He spent his own time discussing the elements of the 2019 Corolla. He was very gracious to us and answered all her questions.
I've always been impressed with your Toyota sales and service consultants. But I would like to especially commend Ohanes for his courtesy to my good friend. He is certainly an asset to Glen Toyota.

My wife and purchased a toyota sienna a few weeks ago from Glen toyota. everything was smooth during the purchase. we singed up for a 5 year warranty from toyota care platinum.
problem is we received official warranty from toyota in the mail a few days ago and it only shows 2 year warranty. I compared the contract that we signed and that Michel [redacted] (finance manager) signed and clearly shows 5 years. it seems they changed the numbers in the computer. Mike and or his staff refuse to return my calls and try to resolve my issue. I don't recommend any one to do business in this place. they will try to sneak something by you and when you find it, they try to cover it up. I'm still trying to deal with this issue. with no luck.
I bought a RAV 4 brand new in October and paid cash and trade in. I never got the proper paper work from them. I need the amount of tax paid, my trade in amount etc. I spoke with Jeff at least 5 times and his secretary 8 times. He promised and even said he did it and sent to me in a email and then said he resent it and them said he mailed it. None of this is true. Now looking at what others have said about them I think there is something sneaky going on over there. The IRS is going to get involved if I don't get paper work on the taxes I paid asap. This is a federal crime not paying taxes Glenn Toyota. I want my paper work and I want it now. This is ridicules that they are still in business with reviews like this. Why are they screwing the customers?
Review: I bought a used car from glen toyota in june. I was promised a permanent registration and license plate in two weeks. it is now six months later and glen is telling us that the title was lost twice and the party responsible is not acting in good faith and we still dont have a permanent plate or registration. my family and I don't believe this matter is being treated seriously. we suspect that there could even be an issue of fraud and/or theft involved. month we've been promised a plate in two weeks and month after month goes by and no plates. because I dont have a plate, I cant get ez-pass and I have been commuting the parkway using coins. I have two tickets for $50.50 because the coins did not process properly. in addition to the inconvenience, this is costing a lot of money.Desired Settlement: we need the permanent registration and plates by december 31st.
Review: There are actually two issues that I would like to file a complaint about. My spouse and I went to purchase a toyota Rav4 with a coupon that stated $750 factory rebate off the vehicle price. We were told by the dealer sales manager that the only way that we could get the rebate was to loose the 0.9% interest. We later discovered that the 0.9% interest was actually a promotion toyota was running and had nothing to do with the manufactures rebate. As first time new car buyers, we went with the 0.9% and allowed the sales rep to take away our rebate. I would like to know if I can get the rebate back from them since it's a manufacture rebate for the car purchas rather than Glen toyota's rebate.
My next concern is relating to [redacted] one of the financial representative from Glen toyota. He sold some extended warranty to us for tires & wheels along with gap insurance. We realize that it wasn't something we needed . We decided later that we didn't want to keep it. The Monday following the Saturday purchase of the vehicle we immediately went to the dealer 9:00 Monday in the morning, the first business day after the purchase of the vehicle. [redacted], informed us that we couldn't cancel the extended warranty with him and that we needed to cancel through toyota financial.
After calling toyota the same morning which was 03/09/15 the first business day after the vehicle purchase. The Toyota financial representative informed us that we needed to speak to the sales representative because the purchase was not in their system as yet and that the car financial representative from Glen Toyota was able to cancel the contract since it had not gotten into their system as yet. We call back and left several messages unfortunately our calls were not returned. It seems like [redacted] is avoiding our calls and don't want to honor the cancelation policy.I would like the manafactures rebate refunded, because the rebate has nothing to do with the interest rate. And have the extended warranty canceleDesired Settlement: I would like my manufactures rebate and the full amount for the extended warranty refunded via a check. Because I'm sure they are avoiding the calls because they are trying to prevent us from getting back our fees that charged us and took away
