This is just to follow up on the complaint and our responseI sensed a bit of sarcasm in your latest response and possibly we did not address your question sufficientlyI'm a lifelong resident of GreenvilleWe opened up our cleaners in and this is the first such complaint we've receivedIn this case we spoke directly to our customer, Mrs [redacted] , in person as we have over the years whenever questions or problems arise The conversation was very cordial and professionalThe customer was satisfied with the way we addressed the problem and I believe she has been back on occasions since the issueWe value her as a customer and always attempt to please even at our costThis complaint was apparently came from the customer's husband to whom we have not spokenWe will be more than happy to re-address the issue if our customer is not satisfiedIf you have any further questions, you and/or Mrs [redacted] are welcome to call me directlyKindest regards; [redacted] Owner [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The issue was not resolved to Mrs [redacted] satisfaction at all or there would be no complaint She has not gone back or will ever go back to Fabricare in the future She did leave the store after being told there was nothing further the business was willing to do and that the destroyed dress must have been a manufacturing error At that time there was no reason to stick around and argue as it was clear Fabricare was not going to take any responsibility for ruining the garment When it was dropped off it was fine, just wrinkled Now there are water spots all over the dress, but apparently it is our problem Regards, [redacted]

The business has made no offer to compensate me for the silk dress they ruined I am not satisfied and will not be until I receive fair value for the piece of clothing Fabricare destroyed by not cleaning it properly*** ***

This is just to follow up on the complaint and our response. I sensed a bit of sarcasm in your latest response and possibly we did not address your question sufficiently.
I'm a lifelong resident of Greenville. We opened up our cleaners in 1999 and this is the first such complaint we've received.
In this case we spoke directly to our customer, Mrs. [redacted], in person as we have over the years whenever questions or problems arise.  The conversation was very cordial and professional. The customer was satisfied with the way we addressed the problem and I believe she has been back on occasions since the issue. We value her as a customer and always attempt to please even at our cost.
This complaint was apparently came from the customer's husband to whom we have not spoken. We will be more than happy to re-address the issue if our customer is not satisfied.
