Mr *** came into our shop demanding a refundWe did not recall him and he did not have a receiptWe declined the refund request and explained we would be happy to assist him when he provided a receiptHe became angry and start yelling and telling customers not to do business with usOnce
I learned about his vehicle I recalled the service we providedHe brought the car in for air conditioning serviceOur company found that his air conditioning had several leaks, he then asked us to just drain the FreonHe was told up front that there would be a charge for the a/c check and an additional $for the draining of the FreonI will send a refund check of $out to Mr*** Our company wishes to have no future business relations with this consumer

I am rejecting this response because:
HHe admits to have saying I needed multiple repairsWhich are not true all was needed was the freon to be charged not $worth of work that they claim that needed to be done the business practice is scrupulous and I want them to like knowledge that they tried to rip me off my air conditioning is running perfectly being charge for a hundred and $the man said he remembers me and he refuses to give me a refund because he looked over my car and try to charge me $for repairs and told me there is nothing he could do for me now suddenly he wants to pay me I do not care about the money I am more concerned with people bringing their business to a man who will lie bluntly to their face

Below is my statement regarding to the above referenced claim.On December 28, crank shaft position sensor was replaced on customer's Hyundia. Customer came in on December 29, 2016, paid cash for repairs and drove off of our lot. On December 30, customer came back, came into the
office and asked me to come and look at her car. She stated she had taken her car to the car wash that morning and then stated "Don't embarrass me, I think you guys scratched my car, my car didn't have these scratches prior to it being repaired". I questioned - what scratches. She proceeded to show me scratches from the front left lower clip around the front to the passenger lower clip. It appeared to be road rash or parking curb scratches and it was obvious these were not new scratches. For that matter I was the one that pointed out to her what looked like the vehicle had been driven through a field or ran into bushes. First of all we do not have any bushes or parking curbs on our lot and the car was not road tested before or after the repair was completed (this type of repair did not require road testing).Her next comment was "if I gave her some money back we could settle this now". I told her we would not give her any money at which time she indicated she would have to do something about it. I gave her a tow ticket with the business name, address and I printed my name on it so she would have the correct spelling.Later that day I asked my partners/brothers (it's a family business) if there was any problems or mishaps with the car, there comment was no - it was repaired and parked outside after repair.I do not feel that we are responsible for these scratches on this vehicle
