Mr [redacted] came into our shop demanding a refundWe did not recall him and he did not have a receiptWe declined the refund request and explained we would be happy to assist him when he provided a receiptHe became angry and start yelling and telling customers not to do business with usOnce I learned about his vehicle I recalled the service we providedHe brought the car in for air conditioning serviceOur company found that his air conditioning had several leaks, he then asked us to just drain the FreonHe was told up front that there would be a charge for the a/c check and an additional $for the draining of the FreonI will send a refund check of $out to Mr [redacted] Our company wishes to have no future business relations with this consumer
