Right from the get go Irene answered the phone in a kind, courteous and understanding mannerDiscussed the scenario, ( My water heater was in need or replacement) This was at 10:a.mon a FridayWe made a plan and there was a service tech at my door at around 1:p.mwith a new WHPrince was good natured and very efficient and with a bit of help from me (I volunteered to assist with getting the new tank to the basement and the old one out) he had the new tank installed tested and the work area cleaned up before 3:p.m Not all hero's wear capesSome are sporting a pro solutions uniformThis was my first experience with this company and as they say " First impressions are lasting" I wont hesitate to call again for any of my plumbing and heating needs

The technician did not put the drain hose to the air conditioning outside the houseI had to get another technician to do this because they told me they could not do thisThe technician cut the right side of the drywall to get the furnace to fit in the space I have not got a price for the drywaller yet The propane handle is against the furnace door and can only be left on all the time I still need to get a air conditioning man out to fix this I have had Don wade and his technicians out times to fix things I am not hiring different people I have never had to deal with such poor service

Wow!! I have finally found an air conditioning company I feel I can trust! This is the second time they have been out to my home Jordan the service Tech was excellent, he spent the time to go over things in detail, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and he made sure he cleaned up well before leaving In the past I have NOT been happy with different companies I have called Pro Solutions Air are very professional and I couldn't be more pleased Because of the above I also signed up with them for a maintenance Agreement which was reasonably priced and I feel worry-free regarding my air conditioner now Thank you so much for being a good and reputable company

Our Furnace was not heating, called company and they responded with a scheduled tech to my homethe Tech showed up in a marked van, identified himself and asked about our no heat issueOnce we described the issue the Tech asked to look at stat, found that the stat was not workingHe wasted no time letting us know that the batteries were bad and we needed new ones, I gave new ones and once in the Tech programmed our stat and started our heaterHe looked over the furnace and checked a few things, sent a email with everything in the invoice as well as pictures of what he looked at with unit informationHe offered us a maintenance plan for $for the year, twice in giving us a free service call which would have been $I found them to be very honest and helpfulI liked that they are not pushy to sell you thingsI am glad I found Pro Solutions Air Conditioning and HeatingA Very nice company

I would surely stay clear of this company because of the poor work that was done on our air conditioning and furnace They caused us to get a hold of several companies to take care of problems we had to fix and was told that they were not able to fix them in the times they came out the worse one was the flute cover was not connected to the furnace the lets the gases out of the house I believe this was the worse of all the problems We could have been gassed while we were sleeping They also had the coils freezing up because the fan motor was running to slow this all need to be fixed by another technician

I live in AZ Bought a new Lennox AC unit in February Since we don't use AC really until April or so, it took a while to discover a problem New unit appears to be laboring when on Don (owner) quickly schedule a service call Got readings from the unit Gave them to Lennox Lennox gave him a brand new unit to install again This one runs great It sure is nice having a comfortable home no matter what room I am in I had poor air quality before Pro Solutions arrived My original plenum was allowing most air to go to one room and then trickle to the other rooms This was solved when Pro Solutions replaced my air handler in the attic Great price! Great Service! Highly recommend Pro Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating!
