I requested my Dental Records from Castle Dental via certified/registered mail on October 2, They have signed for it, however to this date, they have not sent anything nor tried to contact me in any way, shape or formIn the request for my Dental records, it had all the information there to contact me, including their obligation by lawSee attached document

Overcharged $for dental work beyond what insurance would payMy wife had dental work done and they charged us $805, the insurance EOB indicates that we should have only paid $I would not have know this had I not used a ** card to payI had to contact them about the over-payment and they have yet to refund the money or even confirm the discrepancyI'm concerned about how many others are being systematically overcharged by this company
